OLD FASHIONED COCONUT CREAM PIE….HOW TO. COCONUT CREAM PIE LIKE YOUR GRANDMA MADE! INGREDIENTS 1-9 inch baked pie shell, 1 c. sweetened flaked coconut, 3 c. half&half, 1/2 c. flour, 3/4 c. sugar, good pinch of salt,2 large eggs beaten. 1 tsp. coconut extract, whipped topping, frozen or homemade. DIRECTIONS On a parchment lined cookie sheet, spread coconut coconut and bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, tossing half way through. It burns easy, keep an eye on it. Remove from oven and reserve 1/4 c.
