A lot of people like to cook and then can their filling but I was raised on fresh fruit pie fillings. So this works well to give you that fresh fruit experience plus it saves major time when I want to bake a pie. I simply pick my pie fillings, let it thaw (usually in the sink), make a crust, dump the pie filling in, add a top crust and bake. this video shows you just how easy it is!
