Germany has received the first P-8A Poseidon, as it mulls boosting maritime surveillance. The handed over maritime reconnaissance aircraft is the first of a total of eight P-8A Poseidon ordered. The P-8A with registration 63 01 recently completed its maiden flight and the integration of the mission systems in Seattle.
