An excellent video of the Kundalini awakening process and Body of Light activation, which is what the Tool Parabola video is missing. I will add that the shaking and trembling in the video is unnecessary from the perspective of the awakening experience, at least insofar as it happened to me. I would add the shaking once the Kundalini reaches the Crown and electrifies the body, which literally felt like I was being electrocuted alive, although at a subtle energy level so its not actually dangerou
