NASA’s Orion spacecraft safely splashed down in the Pacific Ocean, marking the successful end of the Artemis I mission. After a powerful journey around the Moon and through deep space, Orion returned home and was recovered by NASA’s recovery team and the U.S. Navy near USS Portland. This mission proved that Orion is ready to carry astronauts on future Moon missions.
