Good morning Blackburn, It's a windy and drizzly one this morning and as a result, we're dealing with a fallen tree close to Tauheedul Islam Girls School on Preston New Road. As it's fallen, the tree has pulled electrical cables with it and is covering the majority of the road, making it too difficult for vehicles to pass.
