The mandible moves the 3 S bones ‼️ • Sphenoid • Sternum • Sacrum When the mandible is restricted, the 3 S bones are locked in a compensatory pattern. As long as we don’t understand that all these bones need to be addressed as one continuous flow in order to create coordinated movement, we will continue to struggle by addressing them as individual, unrelated problems.
