Triceps Workout Overhead tricep extension • set pulley to highest point and grab the rope with both hands. Take on step forward putting on foot in front of the other. Extend arms and contract your triceps, squeeze for one second then slowly allow the weight to go backwards. Important - keep elbows locked in place to ensure consistent engagement.
