Grace Marks in ICAI May 2025, Sushil Kunar Goyal, a Former ICAI examination commitee said in video that if your aggregate is above passing criteria & you are failing in one subject assuming all others are 40 , upto 4-5 marks can be given grace.. There’s not a single marksheet in country where you are fulfilling above criteria and still in range of 35-39. Similarly for aggregate, upto 3 marks can be given provided you pass in all subjects 40 means between 197-199.. ICAI always pass fence sitters.
