🍼 Baby Feeding Schedule Basics 🍼 Every baby is unique, but here’s a simple guide to get you started: 👶 Newborn (0–2 months): • Feed every 2–3 hours (8–12 times/day). • Breast milk or formula only. 👶 2–4 Months: • 6–8 feeds/day, every 3–4 hours. • Still breast milk or formula. 👶 4–6 Months: • 4–6 feeds/day. • Begin introducing iron-fortified cereal or purees (if pediatrician approves). 👶 6–12 Months: • 3–5 milk feeds 2–3 solid meals. • Soft fruits, veggies, rice, dal, and mashed foods. 👶 1
