In this English vocabulary lesson, learn how to use "safe, safety, safely". All three words have the same meaning. They're used to say that there is no danger or risk of harm physically. But "safe, safety, safely" and used differently in speech because they have different functions. Safe is an adjective and is mainly used with the verb "to be" and the verb "to feel". Safety is a noun and is used to talk about the concept of being free from danger or harm. Safely is an adverb and describes verbs.
