Jan 29, 2025 · WHEATLAND, WY (October 11, 2023) – Platte County Memorial Hospital has been awarded $32,600 from the Addressing Basic Needs and Social Determinants of Health Program Grant Program, which is part of the COVID-19 Health Disparity Grant Program.
