In 2001 with the help of Representative Rich McClain, through the Build Indiana Fund, the group was granted funds to purchase their first "new" car. It was a 2002 Ford Crown Victoria painted the traditional two tone brown and was the first squad car in Carroll County to be outfitted with the new "LED" emergency light technology.
