The late President Jimmy Carter is being honored with a commemorative Forever stamp. It will be released Oct. 1. That would have been Carter's 101st birthday.

The U.S. Postal Service announced plans to issue a commemorative Forever stamp honoring former President Jimmy Carter, who died Dec. 29, 2024, at age 100. The Jimmy Carter stamp will be available for purchase starting Oct.
