Geographically, demand was led by India market, which grew 70.2 percent YoY in constant currency (CC) terms, followed by MEA at 15 percent, Asia Pacific at 5.8 percent and Latin America at 7 percent.

Tata Consultancy Services , India's largest software company, posted a smaller-than-expected third-quarter revenue on Thursday as clients pared tech spends on account of macro-economic uncertainty.

Results: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) reported a 12% rise in consolidated net profit for the December quarter, reaching Rs 12,380 crore, compared to the previous year's Rs 11,058 crore. The company declared an interim dividend of Rs 10 per share and a special dividend of Rs 66 per share.
