Israel called an emergency meeting of the U.N. Security Council to demand the release of its emaciated hostages including one seen digging his own grave.

Ilay David, brother of hostage Evyatar, spoke before the United Nations Security Council, calling for action and saying that Hamas is starving hostages and forcing them to dig their own graves.

The video of emaciated 24-year-old Evyatar David is one of a series released by Palestinian militants in recent days that show Israeli hostages.
