SEATTLE -- Brandon Tanev scored in his third straight game, and the Seattle Kraken defeated the Chicago Blackhawks 3-1 at Climate Pledge Arena on Thursday. Jaden Schwartz and Matty Beniers also scored for the Kraken (8-8-1), who have won three in a row after losing four straight. Joey Daccord made 18 saves.

After a 3-1 defeat Thursday in Seattle, the Hawks have now scored just one regulation goal in four consecutive games, and Connor Bedard has gone eight straight without finding the net.

Jaden Schwartz scored on a power play 1:34 into the third period, and the Seattle Kraken pushed their winning streak to three games with a 3-1 win over the Chicago Blackhawks.

The Seattle Kraken defeated the Chicago Blackhawks in the first of three meetings this season, and the only one in Seattle. Former Kraken Ryan Donato scored Chicago’s lone goal and now leads the Blackhawks with 8 points.
