JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — It’s been one month since Jacksonville launched what it calls the first autonomous public transit system in the country — but riders are still on the fence about how they feel.

Jacksonville's NAVI autonomous shuttles are once again free to ride as of December 15th. The NAVI system is the first public transit service in the U.S. to use autonomous vehicles in regular service.
