The Erie County District Attorney's Office says 38-year-old Cynthia L. Gilbert has pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree attempted assault.

Cynthia L. Gilbert, 38, was shot in the shoulder in September after she stabbed a man in the head. She is scheduled to be sentenced in April.
