Region-wide storm totals are expected to land in the 6 to 10 inch range. Lakeshore communities could finish modestly higher with periods of heavier, wetter snow as afternoon temperatures reach 30 to 33 degrees. Snow becomes lighter and fluffier again overnight as colder air wraps into the system.

A winter storm may cause some disruptions to Thanksgiving travel plans across northern Wisconsin. Rain Tuesday is expected to transition to snow overnight which will continue through Thursday.
