Pinal County deputy fatally shot a 60-year-old man suspected of child sex crimes after the man allegedly produced a handgun.

Pinal County sheriff’s deputies found the 60-year-old suspect at a house in the 200 block of 2nd Street. Deputies say McMillin refused commands and pulled out a gun. That’s when the deputies shot him.
