Mail-in ballots sent to Virginia Beach residents in districts 3, 4, and 7 were printed with candidates in the incorrect order and sent to more than 7,000 residents, the city said in a press release.

As of Thursday in Virginia Beach, Registrar Christine Lewis said the city was on pace to break a record. Around 93,000 ballots had been cast according to the registrar’s office.
