US President-elect Donald Trump will host a “victory rally” at the Capitol One Arena in Washington one day before his inauguration, marking his first such event since winning the election.

Just a day before being sworn in as the 47th U.S. President, Donald Trump will be hosting a rally at the Capital One Arena in Northwest D.C., officials confirmed on Thursday. This will be the first rally Trump has hosted in D.

The victory rally, as it’s being billed, will be held at the Capitol One Arena in the District of Columbia on Jan. 19. Trump has always preferred rally-style events where he can freewheel and joke with his supporters.

The "Make America Great Again Victory Rally" will kick start at 3 pm on January 19at Capital One Arena. Gates will open at 11 a.m., and visitors are welcome to register for up to two rally tickets per phone number, according to the Trump Inauguration website.

Trump’s second inauguration will be held at noon on Jan. 20 at the Capitol. It’s unknown exactly how many people attended Trump’s first inauguration, but Metro ridership totaled 570,557 for the day and officials had estimated up to 900,000 people would attend prior to Jan. 20, 2017.
