Vietnamese regulators are forcing Shein and Temu to register; they are also considering a de mimimis rollback to stymie e-commerce players.

The Vietnamese government said it will block the internet domains and apps of Chinese online retailers Shein and Temu in the country if they have not registered their operations with the trade ministry before the end of November.

Fast-fashion retailer Shein has been selling to Vietnam for at least two years. Temu began allowing users in the country to shop last month.
