Noah Lyles backed out of a race with Miami Dolphins receiver Tyreek Hill that was never formally announced but supposedly taking place this weekend for “personal reasons."

Olympic gold medalist Noah Lyles and Miami Dolphins receiver Tyreek Hill had announced a race to determine who is faster. Lyles said on Monday that the race is off.

The much-anticipated race between Hill and Noah Lyles has been canceled. The two speedsters had exchanged playful taunts about the potential race for the past few months.
