Police are investigating the death of a Queens superintendent as a homicide, days after he was found dead and wrapped in plastic bags underneath a bed inside an apartment, authorities said Thursday.

Sandra Coto Navarro is accused of murdering her super, Jose Rene Portillo, whose body was found under a bed inside the Kew Gardens Hills home.

A woman allegedly murdered her apartment building superintendent and stuffed his body parts in a trash bag that she stashed under a bed. Sandra Coto Navarro, 48, is accused of striking the superintendent, identified as Jose Portillo, 55, on the head and stabbing his neck and leg.
