Dallas police have identified the man who fatally shot two people he knew at an Oak Cliff home early Saturday morning. The suspect, 53-year-old Lalit Pradhan, who also died, was named by police later in the day. Officers and Dallas Fire-Rescue responded around 2:10 a.m. to a shooting call at a residence in the 1900 block of Dudley Street.

Three-year-old Pranish Pradhan and 37-year-old Ranjana Shrestha were both found shot in the 1900 block of Dudley Avenue after Dallas police responded to a shooting call around 2:10 a.m., according to the Dallas County medical examiner’s office and Dallas police.

DALLAS — A person was killed in a shooting Sunday afternoon in Northeast Dallas, police said. According to the Dallas Police Department, officers responded to a shooting call around 2 p.m. in the 6000 block of Ridgecrest Road, which is in the Vickery Meadow neighborhood.
