Liberty placed its customers in Aurora in a voluntary boil water advisory. The system temporarily lost water pressure this week. Crews later fixed it. This advisory will be in effect until further notice to allow for a required bacterial test to ensure the system’s safety.

A boil water advisory went into effect Tuesday for hundreds of customers across southern Prince George's County due to a water main break.

COLUMBUS COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) - Some customers living in Columbus County are under a boil water advisory due to a damaged water line. According to a press release, customers in the Waterfall Estates area may experience water quality issues. Staff are working to repair service after a local contractor plowed into one of the water lines.

The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit has rescinded a boil water advisory for residents in the Amherstburg water distribution system first issued Monday.

Due to the large size of the water main break, many residents in southern Prince George’s County are experiencing low water pressure, and some areas may have no water at all. As a precautionary measure, WSSC Water has recommended that all affected customers follow Boil Water Advisory guidelines.

Johnson City officials say some areas in the village will be impacted as water will be temporarily turned off Monday mid-morning.

On Friday, a water main break occurred west of Reynolds Road and north of Aetna Road. Water service was temporarily restored throughout the weekend and a permanent repair is in the works. According to the Village, water will be shut off for a couple of hours on Monday. The following areas are affected: West end of Fernwood Avenue both sides.
