A man died Thursday afternoon after what appears to be an accidental shooting in Gunbarrel, officials said.
The Kemper County Sheriff’s Department has charged Joshua Ryan Burns for. Deputies were called Tuesday to assist the Department of Corrections as it checked on a parolee in the Preston community.
