A new wildfire was reported today at 4:19 a.m. in Los Angeles County. The wildfire has been burning on private land. Currently, there is no data on the containment status of the fire and the cause has yet to be determined.

The Palisades and Eaton fires, two of the deadliest and most destructive wildfires in California history, reached 100 percent containment more than three weeks after they began.

Clear Fire initially started 5:09 p.m. Jan. 18 in Los Angeles County. It has been burning on federal land managed by the United States Forest Service for 22 days. At this time, the containment status is unknown and the cause of the fire remains undetermined.
