Ford recalls over 312,000 vehicles, including 2025 F-150, Navigator and Bronco models, due to electronic brake booster power failure that increases crash risk.

Ford began investigating and found a few warranty claims and other complaints about the same issue. It eventually found the issue had to do with the software for the brake booster.

More specifically, the recall is for 56,473 2025 Ford F-150 s with the hybrid 3.5-liter turbocharged V6, which may not play the seat belt warning chime on start-up.

Ford has recalled about 103,000 F-150 trucks over a problem that “increases the risk of a crash,” according to documents from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
