Ford began investigating and found a few warranty claims and other complaints about the same issue. It eventually found the issue had to do with the software for the brake booster.
More specifically, the recall is for 56,473 2025 Ford F-150 s with the hybrid 3.5-liter turbocharged V6, which may not play the seat belt warning chime on start-up.
