Now that an incredibly busy trade deadline period has come to a close, it's time to turn our attention to the next big item on the basketball calendar: 2025 NBA All-Star Weekend. This year's edition is set to run from Feb.

Another contest with a back-to-back winner, the 2025 Slam Dunk is will feature, Matas Buzelis, Stephon Castle, and Andre Jackson Jr. Mac McClung. McClung, currently of the G League's Osceola Magic, is looking to become the first player in NBA history to three-peat at the Slam Dunk contest.

Big changes were made to the 2025 NBA All-Star Game, changing the format of the big game on Sunday, February 16th to a tournament for the first time in league history. But that’s not all the league is doing for All-Star Weekend.

For the first time ever, NBA ID members will play a direct role in crowning the next AT&T Slam Dunk champion at this NBA All-Star. After each dunk, NBA ID members can submit their scores by using the NBA App or visiting nba.com/id.
