With the Bulls and Blackhawks seasons in full swing and Comcast carriage negotiations stalled, the Chicago Sports Network is moving forward this week with its direct-to-consumer streaming service, bypassing the pay-TV middleman to reach blacked-out viewers.

Chicago Sports Network announced it will launch its direct-to-consumer service Friday, offering fans the chance to stream Blackhawks, Bulls and White Sox games via its app or any web browser.

The Chicago Sports Network is launching a streaming service Friday amid its negotiations with Xfinity. The subscription service will start at $19.99 for one team or $29.99 for full access to CHSN. A 7-day free trial is being offered.
