An investigation into the large-scale theft of propane from an Adelanto business this week led to the recovery of more than 200 stolen tanks of fuel and 11 stolen cars, law enforcement officials said.

California representatives spoke to detainees at Adelanto's ICE Processing Center who revealed harsh conditions following Los Angeles raids, including no clean clothes for 10 days.
