More South Carolinians are taking the “bait” and getting “hooked” on saltwater fishing across the state.

Cooler water temps have picked up the speckled trout bite on the flats around the Tampa Bay area and elsewhere.

Despite cooler weather, plenty of snook are biting in the bay area and feeding as they prepare to transition to the back waters.
