An 18-year-old Temple University student was hospitalized and later died after falling from a pole in Center City after the Eagles’ NFC championship win.

Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker and other city officials discussed safety ahead of a possible Eagles Super Bowl celebration. They cautioned revelers against climbing poles and shooting guns into the air.

Philadelphia residents may start seeing temporary no parking signs along the South Broad Street corridor and City Hall beginning Thursday, according to the city.
