Air Force to deploy Ospreys again within 'weeks,' pilots to receive new mid-flight protocols
Ospreys will return to conducting missions for the combatant commands in "weeks," Lt. Gen. Michael Conley, commander of the service's Special Operations Command, said yesterday. The forward deployment would mark the first time the tiltrotors operate in the field after a deadly crash 11 months ago led the Pentagon to ground the aircraft until March.
