Some described the trio of earthquakes in San Bernardino on Monday as quick jolts that rattled nerves and frightened pets in the Victor Valley. A magnitude 3.5 earthquake occurred at about 9:44 a.m.

Victor Valley Union High School District was the only High Desert school district to make the list, which was released Sunday by Southern California News Group, district officials reported.
