Portions of western Lancaster County have been hit again by flash floods and severe weather. Here are the reports FOX43 has been able to confirm.

The Mount Joy Borough has declared a disaster emergency following flash floods impacting much of Lancaster County and surrounding areas.
At 2:05 p.m. on Wednesday, the National Weather Service released a severe thunderstorm watch in effect until 10 p.m. for Adams, Bedford, Franklin, Fulton, Lancaster and York counties.
In Phoenixville, Chester County, the situation was far more serious. The rectory at St. Basil the Great Parish caught fire. Staff said a lightning strike caused the fire. In Douglassville, Berks County, a tree was uprooted and landed on a house, but as of Tuesday night, injuries weren't reported.
