Organizers on Wednesday announced the “Legacy on Ice” benefit event scheduled for March 2 at Capital One Arena in downtown Washington.

“Legacy on Ice,” a figure skating tribute, will be held March 2 in Washington, D.C., to support the families and loved ones affected by the American Airlines Flight 5342 crash last Wednesday. The event, announced by Monumental Sports & Entertainment, Entertainment Gang and U.S. Figure Skating, will be at Capital One Arena.
