Novak Djokovic has said that he agrees and disagrees with parts of the legal action taken by the Professional Tennis Players’ Association (PTPA), the players’ union he co-founded.

The lawsuit seeks a jury trial and wants players to gain access to more earnings, arguing that the governing bodies that oversee the four Grand Slam tournaments and other professional events “cap the prize money tournaments award and limit players’ ability to earn money off the court.

The players’ association co-founded by Novak Djokovic has filed an antitrust lawsuit against the women’s and men’s professional tours, the International Tennis Federation and the sport’s integrity agency.
