(FOX40.COM) — Two people who were killed in a Northern California car crash on Sunday have been identified as parents, including a fire battalion chief. Their two children were left injured in the crash.

Firefighters on the Plumas National Forest Feather River Ranger District are conducting pile burning operations to manage fuel and protect communities, with operations potentially impacted by weather conditions.
