The Boston Celtics are adding free agent Torrey Craig, according to ESPN's Shams Charania. The 34-year-old forward will give Boston a bit of depth on the wing after being waived by the Chicago Bulls in the aftermath of a larger Zach LaVine trade earlier this week.

The Chicago Bulls waived Craig following the three-team deal that sent Zach LaVine to Sacramento. The 34-year-old would give the C's another sharpshooter off the bench, though he'd likely be buried on the depth chart. That said, he's one of the more intriguing fits available for Boston.

The Celtics do have limitations in terms of who they can sign on the buyout market. Boston is above the second apron so they aren’t allowed to sign players that were making more than the non-taxpayer midlevel exception ($12.9 million) when they were bought out.
