President Donald Trump plans to deliver a major address on artificial intelligence next week to outline his vision for ensuring American dominance in AI, marking his biggest statement on an emerging technology at the heart of the US-China rivalry.

Trump went on to explain that “Kaczynski,” presumably referring to Ted Kaczynski, was one of his uncle’s students at MIT. Kaczynski was better known as the Unabomber, who killed three people and injured 23 others in a mail bombing campaign from 1978 until 1995.
