Per ESPN's Michele Steele, USC star JuJu Watkins and North Carolina's RJ Davis lead all male and female athletes in NIL endorsements over the past 12 months. According to Steele, Davis has 25 NIL deals while Watkins has 20.
Watkins, a sophomore, has already earned plenty of recognition this season. She was named the USBWA National Player of the Year, Big Ten Player of the Year, a first-team All-Big Ten selection, and a unanimous first-team All-American.
Among the Trojans' 28 victories was a tightly contested, 72-70 win over UConn in December. Watkins was the star of the game, leading all scorers with 25 points on 9-of-16 shooting to go along with six rebounds and five assists.
