A Las Vegas judge denied a motion to dismiss all charges against Duane “Keffe D” Davis Tuesday morning. Davis is accused of ordering the deadly drive-by shooting of Tupac Shakur in 1996, something he claimed in multiple interviews and his memoir.

Duane “Keffe D” Davis has been in custody since he was indicted in 2023 on a charge of murder with a deadly weapon with the intent to promote, further or assist a criminal gang.
