Gov. Kelly Ayotte is taking another swipe at the Bay State as New Hampshire State Police will be allowed to question, arrest and hold aliens based solely on immigration status while Massachusetts

State Police in New Hampshire have joined hundreds of other law enforcement agencies in entering into a “Memoranda of Agreement” with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, state officials said Wednesday.

Gov. Kelly Ayotte said New Hampshire will not be like Massachusetts, "where sanctuary policies have enabled violent crime and a billion-dollar illegal immigrant crisis."
