Newly released bodycam footage from the office of New York’s attorney general shows correctional officers at the Marcy Correctional Facility in Oneida County repeatedly brutally kicking and punching 43-year-old Robert Brooks,

New York prison officers apparently were unaware their bodycams were recording when Robert L. Brooks was bludgeoned earlier this month. He later died.
