A mid a difficult weekend for the New York Yankees, second baseman Jazz Chisholm Jr. made a baserunning mistake Saturday that led to an inning-ending double play on a pop fly in the infield. Following New York's 2-0 loss to the Miami Marlins, Chisholm was asked about the play and whether he saw anything that caused him to inch further off the bag.

On Saturday afternoon, we saw a runner get doubled off first base on a pop up to second base courtesy of Jazz Chisholm Jr. and the New York Yankees. Chisholm was not attempting to steal. Miami Marlins second baseman Xavier Edwards simply caught him napping.

During the Yankees' Saturday afternoon game against the Marlins, Jazz Chisholm Jr. was doubled up at first base on an infield pop up.
