The cold front that pushed through earlier this week left us with cold, dry air. We won’t see any rain until Saturday, where a 70% chance of showers sets in. Unfortunatly, lows in the 30s and 40s aren’t going anywhere anytime soon.

Another night of cold temperatures will bring potentially dangerous wind chills and an isolated hard freeze. A cold weather advisory remains in effect until 8 a.m. for wind chills that could fall to the upper teens in all of our Alabama counties.

The cold temperatures have arrived, and you will want to bundle up before heading out. The National Weather Service in Houston has issued a Freeze Warning and Cold Weather Advisory for portions of Southeast Texas that will remain in effect until Monday morning.

An arctic cold front has descended upon Southeast Texas, bringing unseasonably cold temperatures to the region. Residents in Houston are experiencing lows near freezing, with forecasts predicting temperatures to remain below average throughout the week.

A freeze warning and a cold weather advisory were issued for Monday morning in the Houston area. Feels-like temperatures were in the teens and 20s waking up Monday morning. Bundle up today as wind chill values stay in the 20s and low 30s.
